Terms of Service

Welcome to ReadyForm India. Here are the rules of the road for using our platform.

It’s Not Just Compliance Text; It’s a Handshake Agreement.

Think of this document less like a dense, unreadable contract and more like a handshake. It's our way of being upfront with you about what ReadyForm India is, what it does, and what we both agree to when you use it. We once heard a story about a small business owner who downloaded a generic partnership deed from a random website. It looked official, but it was based on American law. When a dispute arose with his partner, the document was practically useless in an Indian formal proceeding. It was a painful, expensive lesson about the importance of understanding the tools you use.

That’s why we’re laying it all out here in plain English (as much as our team will allow!). We want you to be empowered, and that starts with knowing exactly what you're getting into. This isn't just about protecting us; it's about protecting you from misunderstanding the scope of our service. By using our website, https://readyform.in (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. It’s our mutual understanding of how we’ll work together.

2. Your Responsibilities as a User

Think of our templates as a high-quality car chassis. We provide a solid, well-built frame. But you are the driver. You are responsible for steering it correctly and making sure it has all the necessary checks to be road-worthy.

This means you understand and agree to the following:

  • Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for the information you enter into our forms. We process what you provide; we don't verify its accuracy.
  • Fitness for Purpose: You are responsible for ensuring that the document you generate is appropriate for your specific needs.
  • Execution of the Document: This is critical. As stated in our Disclaimer, a downloaded draft is not a formally recognized document. You are entirely responsible for the "execution" process, which includes:
    • Printing the document on the correct value of non-judicial stamp paper as required by your state’s Stamp Act.
    • Signing the document correctly.
    • Getting the document attested by an authorized official where required (e.g., for affidavits).
    • Registering the document with the appropriate government office if required (e.g., for certain property agreements).
