Think of our templates as a high-quality car chassis. We provide a solid, well-built frame. But you are the driver. You are responsible for steering it correctly and making sure it has all the necessary checks to be road-worthy.

3. Accounts, Subscriptions, and Payments
To access our premium features, you may need to create an account and purchase a subscription. We’ve designed our payment and subscription model to be as transparent as possible, in line with guidelines from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the principles of the **Consumer Protection Act, 2019**.
- Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your password safe and secure. You must not share your account details with others. Our 'Pro' plan is for individual use only.
- Subscription Billing: Our 'Pro' and 'Business' plans are offered on a subscription basis. We are committed to transparency. To avoid unwanted charges, our subscriptions are set for **manual renewal**. This means we will not automatically charge your card when your subscription period ends. You will receive a notification, and you will have to actively make a payment to continue your Pro subscription for the next period.
- Cancellation: You can choose not to renew your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the paid period. Cancelling a renewal does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
- Refunds: Our refund policy is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions, subject to fair use.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the document templates, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ReadyForm India or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your personal or internal business needs. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without our express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ReadyForm India expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, or data resulting from a document being rejected by a government authority, bank, or any other third party for any reason whatsoever. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute or proceeding between you and ReadyForm India will be brought exclusively in the courts located in **Bengaluru, Karnataka, India**.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
