How to Request a Refund

  3. Processing: Our team will verify your eligibility (i.e., that the request is within 7 days of your first subscription) and initiate the refund process. You will receive a confirmation email from us once the refund has been processed on our end.

We process refund requests during our standard support hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST, Monday-Friday). Requests received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day.

Payment Gateway Timelines: Please note that while we process your refund immediately, the funds are returned via our third-party payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). It typically takes **5-7 business days** for the amount to reflect in your original payment source (credit card, bank account, or wallet). This delay is due to the processing times of the banks and payment gateways and is not within our direct control.

Exceptions & Important Conditions

To keep our policy fair for everyone, there are a few important conditions:

Cancellation Policy

You have full control over your subscription. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be billed for the next cycle. Please remember that **cancelling your subscription does not automatically initiate a refund**. A refund must be explicitly requested within the 7-day window as described above.
