Our refund policy is simple and is centered on our paid subscription, the 'Pro' plan.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Pro Subscriptions
We offer a **7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee** on all first-time Pro subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with our Pro service for any reason, you can request a full refund within the first 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.
This policy is rooted in the principles of consumer rights, ensuring that you, as a consumer under laws like the **Consumer Protection Act, 2019**, have the right to fair value. We believe a 7-day period gives you ample time to explore the full range of our documents, test our AI features, and decide if the service meets your needs.
Trial Plan: Our 'Trial' plan does not involve any payment and is therefore not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is a straightforward process. We don't make you jump through hoops or fill out complex forms.
- Contact Support: Simply send an email to our support team at support@readyform.in from the email address you used to sign up.
- Provide Your Details: In the email, please include the subject line "Refund Request" and mention your registered email address and the date of purchase. This helps us locate your transaction quickly.
- Processing: Our team will verify your eligibility (i.e., that the request is within 7 days of your first subscription) and initiate the refund process. You will receive a confirmation email from us once the refund has been processed on our end.
We process refund requests during our standard support hours (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST, Monday-Friday). Requests received outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
Payment Gateway Timelines: Please note that while we process your refund immediately, the funds are returned via our third-party payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). It typically takes **5-7 business days** for the amount to reflect in your original payment source (credit card, bank account, or wallet). This delay is due to the processing times of the banks and payment gateways and is not within our direct control.
Exceptions & Important Conditions
To keep our policy fair for everyone, there are a few important conditions:
- One-Time Offer: The 7-day money-back guarantee is applicable only to your **first-ever** subscription to a Pro plan. It does not apply to subscription renewals or to subsequent subscriptions created after a previous cancellation.
- No Refund After 7 Days: Refund requests made after the 7-day period from the initial date of purchase will not be entertained.
- Significant Usage: We reserve the right to decline a refund if we find evidence of significant usage or abuse of the service within the 7-day period. Our guarantee is designed to let you evaluate our service, not to provide free access for extensive, short-term use (e.g., downloading a large number of documents). We believe in fairness and will assess this on a reasonable, case-by-case basis.
- Downloaded Documents: A refund for your subscription means you will lose access to the Pro features. The final acceptance of any document you may have created or downloaded is your own responsibility to check, as per our general disclaimer.
Cancellation Policy
You have full control over your subscription. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be billed for the next cycle. Please remember that **cancelling your subscription does not automatically initiate a refund**. A refund must be explicitly requested within the 7-day window as described above.
